Yes. COD is available on most pin codes across India. You can also pay by UPI directly to the SHG.

How fast will my order reach me?

Orders are packed by the SHG and dispatched in 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–6 days depending on your district.

Are the products really chemical-free?

Every batch is made without added colour, sulphur or preservatives, and is checked by our district team before dispatch.

How much of the price reaches the maker?

About 64% of what you pay goes straight to the self-help group. There is no agent or mandi cut in between.

Can I return a product?

If a pack arrives damaged or leaking, share a photo within 48 hours on WhatsApp and we replace it free.
